ShareArchiver provides data management solutions, including but not limited to archiving, compliance, and storage optimization software.
3. Eligibility

- You agree to provide accurate and current information.
- You accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
5. License and Restrictions
- ShareArchiver grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software.
- You may not reverse-engineer, resell, modify, or distribute our products.
- Unauthorized use may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
- All invoices are payable within 30 days net of the invoice date.
- Refund requests are honored within 30 days of purchase.
- After 30 days, payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided by ShareArchiver remain the intellectual property of ShareArchiver and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. Data Ownership and Responsibility
- You retain ownership of all data uploaded to our software.
- ShareArchiver does not store or manage sensitive personal or financial data on behalf of clients.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local, regional, and international data protection regulations when using our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
- ShareArchiver is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to ShareArchiver in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Customer Support and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Support Channels: Customers may contact us via email at support@sharearchiver.com for technical or account-related assistance.
- Response Times: We aim to acknowledge support requests within one business day and provide resolution or updates within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the complexity of the issue.
- Availability: ShareArchiver strives to maintain a 99% uptime for its services, excluding planned maintenance, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
- Exclusions: The SLA does not apply to downtime caused by customer misuse, unauthorized modifications, third-party software, or internet connectivity issues outside ShareArchiver’s control.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflicts of law.
